I have purchased more than one vehicle from Shottenkirk. Service is good, staff is professional and friendly. I am pleased to report that my fears were unfounded. Shottenkirk has exceeded the level of professionalism and customer service I had hoped for. I have had only one negative experience. This past visit, I attempted to make an appointment for service for my Hylander. I called the Service Department 3 times with no one answering. I finally called the main line and explained my frustration to the receptionist, who courteously apologized for the inconvenience and connected me to the Service Department. Again, no answer. I finally called the main line again, this time requesting to speak to the :"Dealership General Manager." In a matter of seconds, I was transferred to the Service Manager and made my appointment. All's well that ends well. Note: During one of the phone calls, I was asked to leave my name and contact number and someone would get back to me. I'm still waiting for that return phone call. More

I read often about how the locals do not like the car buying process at this dealership. I have never had a problem with the service department and give them credit for me not having to go through purcha buying process at this dealership. I have never had a problem with the service department and give them credit for me not having to go through purchasing another vehicle. My most recent visit, my 215,000 mile Camry got an oil change and a few belts replaced. Also two filters were replaced and the battery was serviced. For less than a monthly payment my car is ready for another 5000 miles. Garland was my service director and she did a great job. More
