The added fees that were non-negotiable are absurd and should be part of the listed price. Paul was amazing. Tyler was frustrated when he couldn’t upsell warranties and seemed to lose interest in my o should be part of the listed price. Paul was amazing. I appreciate that I didn't have to wait long for the service. Alex was GREAT! I was shocked at the cost of a new battery! Wow!
