I just purchased a New Toyota Tundra Hybrid on Wednesday, 9/28 and noticed a day after bringing it home that the back rightside bumper panel was loose. Vandergriff Toyota of Arlington which is close to my ho 9/28 and noticed a day after bringing it home that the back rightside bumper panel was loose. Vandergriff Toyota of Arlington which is close to my home in Mansfield said I had to take it back to the dealership I bought the truck from. When I arrived Efrain let me know he had seen the same issue with other new Tundras always on the right side and assured me his team could get it fixed in 1 hour. He handed me a stop watch and right as 1 hour hit he walked up letting me know my truck was ready. Thank you to the Efrain and the Shottenkirk Toyota team! More
