After having a really bad experience at a local dealership I decided to call Jerry Durant Toyota after seeing an ad in the newspaper. It wasn't like the big city sales people pushing a car on you he listened and obviously understood exactly what I was lookin for. It took me a while to decide on exactly what car I wanted but he did keep in touch with me and was never ever pushy. He came in on his day off to make sure my new (used)car was gased up and ready to go when I got there. I would definately recommend anyone looking for a new car or a used car to visit Darrell or one of the other sales people at Jerry Durant Toyota in Grandbury. Love my car. More

Recently I rec'd a recall notice on my 2011 Sienna and upon bringing it in for the fix, I was met by April a recent addition to the service staff. She was most professional and was fully aware of the recall and why it was necessary to fix it. I had not made an appointment but also needed an oil change in addition to recall. I am pleased with the results of the sale with regards to finance rate, warranty, monthly payments. I was not pleased with the way the information was presented. I do not like canned packages.
