I bought my Rav4 at the Brownwood dealership, an hours drive away from me, in 2001. After a brief struggle over my trade-in value, I left the lot with my new car and free oil changes for the life of the drive away from me, in 2001. That dealership was sold after a couple of years, and the quality of service went into a steep nose dive. Two years ago, they damaged my car when I brought it in for service and claimed it was like that when I brought it in. After calling me a liar and a scam artist wanting free repair, I vowed never to step into a Toyota dealership again. That all changed when I noticed a new Toyota dealership being built in Granbury, a 45 minute drive the other way. I decided to take a chance with them and couldn't be more pleasantly surprised. The waiting room is like someone's cozy family room. And everyone is happy and smiling. And instead of waiting 3 hours for my oil change, it was a less than an hour. Jerry Durant's dealership should be a model for all service centers everywhere. More
Denise Bone is the reason I became a Durant customer for life. She either answered the phone when I called or called me back soon thereafter. She introduced me to several of her co-workers in different departments with whom I would have occasion to see again, all of whom were equally attentive and showed genuine interest in providing me with a higher level of customer service than I have ever imagined possible. My own job requires that I provide a high level of customer service and I learned some new things from Denise and others at the dealership. I have no need of shopping around the next time I buy a car because it would be a waste of my time to try to find a better dealership or better people within a dealership. Nobody tried to over-sell me anything, rather they clearly presented what various options were available and let me decide on my own with no pressure whatsoever. The car I traded-in was in a nearby body shop being repaired from colliding with a deer and Denise and others evaluated my car at that shop in its state of disrepair and still gave me a good trade-in. This is the first car-buying experience I have ever had in forty years of buying cars that I felt so good during and after the process. Thank you Denise, Doyle, Eddie, April and everyone else at Durant Toyota in Granbury, Texas. I look forward to see y'all again. 5 STARS. If the rating were one-to-ten, it would be 10 STARS. More
Just bought our third new car from this dealer, which makes the second one from Denise Bone, who does internet sales. Denise is a wonderful salesperson to deal with. She works very hard to find the vehicle that you want, and then get it brought into the dealership. Pricing is "no nonsense". She lays the invoice on the table which eliminates most all of the haggling. You can then focus on what options you want on a vehicle. She has never been high pressure nor pushy. Denise stays on top of the deal throughout the process to ensure customer satisfaction. She is there for the buyer after the sale! Doyle Maynard, the Sales Manager, is a first class individual to deal with also. He supports Denise to get the deal done. In my case, this involved some problem solving with the other dealer who they were trading vehicles with to get the one we wanted. Working with Denise and Doyle is nothing like what buying a car used to be like. They function as customer advocates, not advisaries, what a pleasant change! Service at Durant is top flight. April is a very straight shooter and does a great job of explaining service options and looking for the most efficient use of your money. With five Toyotas serviced at this dealer, we have also gotten to know the guys in the shop who actually do the work. Again, folks like George and others are top flight folks. Their quality of work is exceptional. In summary, Jerry Durant Toyota is an exceptional dealership, a direct result of the people that work there!! They are quality folks, and work very hard to keep your business!! More

No high pressure which we appreciated, but Mike followed up with us after our first visit, then when we went back to test drive the car, he was very friendly and helpful. Clay Estes greeted me on the parking on November 4, 2011, when I whizzed in to take a quick look at a new Toyota Tacoma. I was driving a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe. It was fairly late in the evening, but Clay w when I whizzed in to take a quick look at a new Toyota Tacoma. I was driving a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe. It was fairly late in the evening, but Clay went ahead and showed me a couple of trucks. I went back on Saturday, November 5, and he showed me a couple of new trucks and a 2010 Lexus RX350. It was a tough decision to pass up the red Toyota Tacoma, but I decided the Lexus would be better on my back, which had been giving me some grief. Clay was a great salesman and entertained all my ideas about cars and trucks, helping me make a well-suited selection that meets my needs physically and emotionally. He made the car buying experience very pleasant. He got me a good deal, a good trade price for my car, and also worked with Eddie Bermea and had no problem getting Eddie to treat me right. Both guys are top in my book! I would work with either of these guys again, and I will certainly recommend Jerry Durant Toyota of Granbury, should anyone I know tell me they are wanting to get another car. Thanks! More
We went with the intention of buying a new Highlander. They didn't have what we wanted on the lot, but the same day called us with what we were looking for.
