My toyota tundra was vandalized while at work on a friday afternoon. Kevin assisted me over the phone to determine what was wrong with my truck. He then found a wrecker service for me. April was great, as always, in working with the insurance adjuster and having my truck repaired in a timely manner. I felt very safe and confident about having my truck towed and leaving it with them to be repaired. Derek and Cari went out of their way to assist me with an antenna and with paperwork for my insurance company. The whole experience with Durant Toyota was friendly, and I feel I could trust these people with more than just my vehicle if I had to.
