Darrell Marriott was the sales associate who worked with my senior citizen mother to find a vehicle that she would be comfortable driving. He provided me with all the necessary information I needed to assist Mom in making a decision while at the dealership and via phone calls and e-mail as I live in Fort Worth. We had been at the dealership before lunch and after deciding on a car to buy, it was early afternoon as they were getting it ready to drive home. Without asking, Darrell loaned us a car and bought us lunch while they finished. Mom is a diabetic and really appreciated the extra service and consideration. Retired now, I spent several years working with dealerships from the manufacturing side across the country.
