The Shottenkirk Car Care was never explained to us as mandatory, except when the deal was made and a cost of $1,495 was adding. I indicated I did not want this service, but was told it was not an option. After taking my vehicle in to repair a "ding" above the fuel tank lid, I was told it was excluded since the paint was damaged. I had no information stating what was or not covered, only the advertisement in the lobby. Later, I was told the information was not available due to the dealer being from Ohio and all the paperwork indicated Ohio. I asked to speak to the General Manager, and was told he was not available, and his office was locked, therefore, not getting a business card. I did talk to the Finance Manager, Pete. after discussion, he did say he would have the "ding" repair one time. I scheduled and appointment, and after them keeping the vehicle 3 full days, the "repair" was nothing but a few second touchup paint job use touchup paint. The Sales Manager, Brian, after not returning my call for over 30 days, said they would "feather the area but could not guarantee it would match the factory paint. I declined and he did provide ma a bottle of touchup paint. I rally like the vehicle, but the dealership will never be recommended by me. More

Then they want you to sign an NDA Agreement (Non-Disclosure) which is illegal - see the Consumer Review Fairness Act enacted into law, which makes their NDA is void from inception. WHAT SPECIFIC CONDUCT IS PROHIBITED BY THE STATUTE? The Consumer Review Fairness Act makes it illegal for companies to include standardized provisions that threaten or penalize people for posting honest reviews. For example, in an online transaction, it would be illegal for a company to include a provision in its terms and conditions that prohibits or punishes negative reviews by customers. (The law doesn’t apply to employment contracts or agreements with independent contractors, however.) More
Not worth your time! We found a vehicle online and walked in ready to buy. We met with Laura. She was an absolute pleasure! She had the vehicle pulled up for us ready as soon as we arrived. Ryan came over before the test drive and inserted himself to take the sale away from Laura and it went downhill from there. They severely lowballed our trade (almost half of average trade in values), and tried to add in a $2000 “internet listing fee” and a $1500 “glass warranty” on top of the price of their vehicle. We would have left paying more than asking price for their vehicle with a nearly paid off trade in! When I told them I was ready to leave Ryan went and got the keys to our vehicle and threw them at us across the desk and refused to shake our hands when we left. More

This dealership has employees that like to key/scratch the interior components, and when it’s brought to the manager’s attention, the only response is “well, it’s already happened so I can’t help you there, but we will fix it now”, as your new vehicle is out of commission for 2+ weeks. So be prepared to continue to pay for a vehicle as it stays out of commission for extended periods of time. More

Fantastic Experience We had to quickly replace a car that was totaled in a wreck (not my fault). Denise Bone was super in helping us to fine the perfect replacement. She was very patient with us looking at Toyota Highlanders and Toyota trucks to make our decision. She helped us find the perfect Toyota Highlander with all the assets and the color I wanted. She even had to track down a car from the other Jerry Durant dealership in Weatherford to find the color combination. She was super at helping us set up everything in the car and let us know to call her if we had any questions later. Loved the friendly service we received from Denise. Can't go wrong coming here for a first rate experience. More

Three times I needed a new vehicle and she gave me the best customer service ever, which says a lot because I was in the Customer Service business for 40 years in a different industry. Her focus is entirely aimed at us and our needs/desires. Her knowledge of the entire scope and depth of the vehicle models, accessories, high-tech aspects, etc., is awesome. She's The Best.
