POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE IT BECAME SHOTTENKIRK I HAD A COUPON FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION FOR $39.99 - SHE ASKED IF I WANTED A TIRE ROTATION AND I SAID I PROBABLY DIDNT NEED ONE - SHE SAID I HAD A COUPON FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION FOR $39.99 - SHE ASKED IF I WANTED A TIRE ROTATION AND I SAID I PROBABLY DIDNT NEED ONE - SHE SAID OKAY. SHE CAME OUT LATER AND TOLD ME I NEEDED AIR FILTERS AND I DECLINED THEM. WHEN SHE CAME OUT AND TOLD ME THE CAR WAS READY SHE SAID I COULDN'T USE MY COUPON BC I DIDNT GET A TIRE ROTATION BUT SHE GAVE ME $5 OFF THE OIL CHANGE. SO I PAID $53 FOR AN OIL CHANGE INSTEAD OF $39.99 FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND A TIRE ROTATION. SO YOU DID LESS WORK AND CHARGED ME MORE? SEEMS LIKE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I FEEL LIKE EVERY TIME I TAKE MY VEHICLES THERE I GET POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE SHOTTENKIRK TOOK OVER. ANOTHER TIME I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROATION AND SHE TOLD ME MY TIRES WERE BAD. ONE SO BAD SHE DIDNT FEEL COMFORTABLE LETTING ME DRIVE ON IT SO SHE PUT ON THE SPARE INSTEAD AND I APPRECIATED HER TELLING ME AND DOING SO. I COULDNT AFFORD THE NEW TIRES I WAS QUOTED THERE SO I HAD TO GO BUY THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE IMMEDIATELY UPON LEAVING. BUT BEFORE I DID, SHE THEN STILL ROTATED AND CHARGED ME TO ROTATE THE BAD TIRES, WHICH WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. ALSO HAD MY CAR REPAIED AT THE COLLISON CENTER AND IT WASNT EVEN PUT BACK TOGETHER CORRECTLY AND DAMGED WHILE IT WAS IN THERE! I AM ABOUT TO PURCHASE A NEW TRUCK AND I DONT EVEN FEEL GOOD ABOUT COMING THERE BC OF THESE EXPERIENCES AND IVE PURCHASED SEVERAL FROM HERE IN THE PAST. More

Very poor and patronizing service Had vehicle serviced on a Friday, parked car at home until Monday where we found a pool of oil under the vehicle. Thought that perhaps the oil filter or plug wasn't tightened during service and was told it was simply common overflow. After calling a tow truck to take our vehicle 70 miles to the dealership we were not keep updated on the status. When we arrived and asked what was performed we were told a simple car wash because it was common overflow of oil. When I further questioned the service adviser I was told he didn't have answers "I'm just the messenger". I traded the car the next day at another non-Toyota dealership. More
