Had a oil change and a wash, the wash pulled off the front hood clip, no attempt to make it right. Just a poor attempt to place blame that it was because the clip is painted. Service was professional and done in timely manner. When making the appt by phone the employee updated all my information. Then at car drop off another employee confirmed the info. integrity with repairs I had just bought a used certified vehicle from them and the blower was out on the air conditioner when I tried it 4 weeks later and this was repaired I had just bought a used certified vehicle from them and the blower was out on the air conditioner when I tried it 4 weeks later and this was repaired with no charge and I was able to use a loaner car. I really appreciate Melissa in Service and George who works on the cars as they are both awesome and care about the customers. Another young man helped me and he was also great. Buy Lexus My wife & I had purchased a new car two months ago from Shottenkirk in Weatherford. She was not comfortable driving it (2019 Toyota Highlander. 2,800 My wife & I had purchased a new car two months ago from Shottenkirk in Weatherford. She was not comfortable driving it (2019 Toyota Highlander. 2,800 miles) so we purchased a 2017 Lexus GX 460 (39,000 miles) and lost a lot of money in the process (our fault). The staff was very understanding of our dilemma, and tried their best to help. Long story short, my wife loves the car. Happy wife, happy life. More

It took leaving negative reviews, but I am finally getting calls back and getting results, I still do not have my car, but the manager is at least trying to make things right for me. I still do not have a car, I was originally told it would be a few days to fix the recall/ I was then told "next month", then told "mid March". It is mid-March and there is still no info. No one is calling me, I have to call and give the SAME explanation over again. More
