Sales Staff and Finance Staff were great. We had to order our 2020 Highlander in order to get the specific features we wanted. The only negative I have is the person that worked with us on negotiating the price of the vehicle, Billy Bohrmann. I had reviewed Kelley Blue Book concerning the average price of our selected model and the average trade in value of our old vehicle and told very bluntly that Shottenkirk does not use KBB and does not care what it recommends. My expectations were dashed servery. That was the only negative experience that I had with the dealership. I know now that if I want to use KBB for a guide, then I need to seek out a different dealership. And I will, should we decide to get another vehicle. More
