Service on Audi A4 The work order didn't specify the type of oil or oil filter used on my 2014 Audi A4 so I'm not sure if they used the correct parts for the Audi. Also, the service interval was not reset since it requires a computer reset. This was a free service for the car that I purchased at this dealership last year otherwise I would have had it serviced elsewhere. They may be trained in servicing Toyota cars, but I would definitely not take a German made car to this dealer for service. More
Be very careful on how they do the payoff amount on your trade-in. My payoff amount was $5074.89. The contract they put was $5600. When I brought it to their attention on signing, they said "oh you'll ge trade-in. My payoff amount was $5074.89. The contract they put was $5600. When I brought it to their attention on signing, they said "oh you'll get your check in the mail for the difference !" this was Oct 28. It's Dec 9 now. I wrote the Shottenkirk Facebook account and asked who I needed to get with, a lady named Tammy wrote back and said she spoke with Finance and said the refund check for the difference was sent out or getting ready to get sent out Nov 30. A week later haven't received anything. I call back and speak with Pete in finance and he says he hasn't spoken with anyone and this is first time he's hearing about it. Then he tells me I need to get with my old bank and ask THEM for the refund because they have my money. Not the dealership. But that's not what was told to me from the beginning. The bank says they only got a check for $5074.89 which was the payoff amount. So no one knows what happened to the $520 or where is it. I had wanted to avoid this from the beginning and was told to let the amount be higher because they always overestimate the payoff amount in case they pay it off after the day 10 days. But I checked and the bank got the check for the payoff amount on Nov 5 for $5074.89. So basically I lost $520. Just fair warning to everyone. Basically you're on your own on trying to get the money back because now Finance has no idea who runs the Toyota Facebook account and says there is no "Tammy" that works at Granbury OR Weatherford. So it's funny how I got lied to because she said she spoke with finance the day I asked her to. Pete in finance says he's the only guy there and so there's no way. That does not bring a lot of confidence and just goes to show they will they you they are not responsible for what another person who works for the same company says and they don't remember anything they told you at signing either. More

Mixed Emotions David was our salesman and he was great, Very new in the industry but very polite. We found this Tahoe online and it was exactly what we wanted so we drove an hour and a half to buy it with our 19 month old. We gave trade info and credit all before we even left the house, in hopes to speed up the process. We arrived at 2 pm, loved the car and moved forward. I was fine with the sales price, but the I was not okay with the dealership forcing me to buy "the Shottenkirk Garuntee"! The manager said it was not an option to take out a $1500 add on product. So basically they advertise a price (which was very good) but then add on $1500 for tire changes, car washes etc. My biggest issue is we live no where close to their location. When I asked for locations near me no one could give me an answer. They just told me it can be used in numerous locations. it was 7:30 before we even went back to finance office with Tate. they added a couple other Fee's that I didn't agree with but after being there almost 5 hours at that point we were just ready to get the process over and start our long drive back. The sales staff and Finance staff were very friendly though so that was good. I just wish I wasn't forced to buy a product that I may not even be able to use. I would recommend this dealership but just beware that the price online is not the price you are going to be paying. And I am not talking about TTL. More
