Garland, the service advisor, was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to help out in a difficult situation. The sales associate we were working with on the other hand was terrible....he was literally falling asleep while doing the paperwork...he did work hard to find us what we were looking for, but they were not willing to negotiate at all even though I found the EXACT same truck $4000 cheaper with LESS miles...and being completely waylaid by the first toyata dealership and almost double negative equity of the car we just bought from them 15 months ago.... needless to say....we went to nissan. Traded in the toyota highlander and bought 2 vehicles.....thanks toyota....for losing a great customer.... More

We had a positive experience our sales rep Tanner was very personable and a joy to deal with. I picked a car online. I have online screenshot showing my payment would be $290. Tanner Hocker called me and we set a meeting time of 1:00 on Sat. 26. Showed up and Tanner was busy so Denise Bone helped us. We test drove several used and new cars and decided to buy the 2017 Camry SE. I asked her about online payment and she asked the manager, I guess. He said no, $309 Was as low as he could go. Seems like the sales people are not on the same page as the online sales. This was a certified car. The wheels were damaged and it needed tires. We asked Denise if we could get factory wheels and tires, she said they couldn’t negotiate on the online cars because they are priced as low as they can go, then quoted us a price of $2700 but said we could go somewhere else and get some that would be a lot cheaper. Denise was great and very helpful. But, we went to tire shop, none of the wheels were like the factory wheels. So we are stuck with damaged wheels and worn tires. Overall, we love the car. I just can’t believe we couldn’t get new tires and wheels from a TOYOTA DEALERSHIP for an affordable price. It’s embarrassing showing family and friends your certified Toyota car with damaged wheels. My wife is not happy! And, I’m not happy because I’m having to shop all over the place trying to find something that looks good on the car. Help! More
