I wish Finance had stated that they were pulling 5 credit hits to get the lowest score. I would have waited till my loan was approved at the CU to close. Now I have 5 inquires on my report. I switched the loan to the CU the next day at 1% lower. More

I am so happy that almost 4 years ago I drove up to your dealership. Then I met Oscar Black. He was a true blessing! And, then, now this past week, I was so happy to see him again. Extremely long wait with appointment. My wife had a 3:00 appointment for an oil change and it took over two and half hours. She saw customers come in after her and had there car back in l My wife had a 3:00 appointment for an oil change and it took over two and half hours. She saw customers come in after her and had there car back in less then an hour. Then on the way out to get her car upon completion she was told something went wrong and the check engine light was on after the oil change. They corrected with no explanation. She was also told the car wash was not working so they could not wash it. She look outside and cars were going through the car wash? My past experience is it's hit and miss as far as good service, this isn't the first time we have had to wait this long with an appointment. More

Great Service Ryan was our salesman and was very pleasant and easy to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased.
