Service was not up to my standards I brought my car in for a few things to be looked at and to have tires rotated and oil changed. I was called less than 20 minutes later and told it wo I brought my car in for a few things to be looked at and to have tires rotated and oil changed. I was called less than 20 minutes later and told it would be better if I took it to a GM dealership so it wouldn't cost me a $100 deductible. Okay, I get that part, but they did not rotate my tires or change the oil, which I had coverage for when I bought the service warranty. I inquired and they said, yes they could do that part if we wanted. That was part of what I wanted done to begin with. When they called to say it was done we went by to pick it up and whoever had done the oil change had gotten it all over my car. Not just on the outside but all over my cream colored seats, the console, and inside door panels, the dash, and the steering wheel. Not what I would call good service. Hunter had to come out and clean it all up. Not sure who the serviceman was with oil all over himself. More

My problem with my 2009 Camry seems to be too complex for a solution. It involved the warning light cluster and there are a multitude of ways (apparently) for remedy. The technician who spent several hours on it came to an impasse, I think. He advised that the problem still exists but does not exhibit a safety concern. I opted to obtain my car. The cluster problem is still ongoing but intermittent. I was told by another employee that the problem could be solved by a $2,000 repair, which I didn't feel practical in an 11-year old car with 123,000 miles. (I may note that I am retired and not considered to be wealthy. I will live with it, park it, or burn it!! I was told if I decide on a repair the cost I incurred will go toward the repair More
I had no problems with the salesman. However, the used vehicle we were looking at was listed at 12,008. Their bottom line was $7,000 over the listed price after all their add ons and fees. Be prepared with your research, be prepared to walk away when the "Sales Manager" sends back his offer for you to sign on a hand drawn line with a handwritten X by it, quite dramatic. They offer a low price to get you in there but raise the price, on a used car mind you, by the price reduction for add-ons that already existed on the preowned vehicle, bed liner, nitrogen in the tires, tinted windows etc. They make the process take 3x longer than it needs to just to make you think that they will not let you have the vehicle, make you sweat. However, the Salesman and the Finance Manager were great to work with and I would buy another car from them if they would just tell the "Sales Managers" to stop with the games. More
