Horrible experience. Bullied into Fees. Lack of transparency Calling it a disappointing experience would be an understatement. Tried to get me to pay an additional $1000 over the listed price. Website was updated with the new price overnight. An email from the salesperson with the original price is the only thing that saved me from this increase. 2. Subsequently added a Customer Care package ($1495.00) and an out-of-state Admin fee ($525.00), which they never could explain why, to the initial purchase agreement. 3. Told me that the $500 coupon advertised on the website was not applicable. Hmmm When I rejected the Customer Care package they told me that this was their final offer. I had to accept the $1495.00 package and the additional Admin fee ($525.00) or they were going to let me walk out the door. Unbelievable!!! Stay away from this dealership More

Worst experience by any Toyota dealership. This dealership is deceitful. Read the disclaimer then look at all of the hidden fees that are built in. Shottencrook “customer care” according to Brian was $1,000.00 dollars and is included on every vehicle but he promised “a managers discount” of $500.00. When it was all said and done I paid $1,495.00. I would give a negative 5 stars if possible. Steer clear of Shottencrook!!! More

My car was recently damaged by hail. I spoke with (and met) Brandon regarding the damage. He was fantastic to work with. Not only did the price for repair come in lower than I expected it would, he told me that he could start on the repair "right away." The detailed quote I received for the repair was very, very, very impressive. It was easy to understand, and, even Allstate (my insurance company) told me that they liked it!
