First part of the car buying experience was a little rocky. We had an appointment at 1 o’clock and didn’t actually speak to anyone until 2. Probably the only reason I even bought something there was because of one person. The sales manager Brian Curtis. Our salesman was great but you could tell he was new so Brian stepped in and helped close the deal and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Our salesman Weldon, though he lacked experience was also very easy to work with and in time I think he will make the perfect car salesman! More
left in hot afternoon sun while there was more than space f there was no carwash after service. the staff were caually atired couldnt distinguis them from garage staff. Never Called Back I called the dealership this morning 6-15-20 and asked for a service advisor. I got through to the service adviser as requested. I told the advisor I called the dealership this morning 6-15-20 and asked for a service advisor. I got through to the service adviser as requested. I told the advisor that I have a P0420 and P0430 code stored in my Rav4's computer and Check Engine Light on. I also stated I have found a bulletin online that stated that the vehicle needed an ECM Calibration update. He put me on hold, did some checking and said they could do it. However, he stated he was new and he would get someone else to call me. I waited 6 hours still no call. This is UNACCEPTABLE, I don't recommend them and I won't be using this dealership. More
