If we'd left for Albuquerque yesterday the plug would have vibrated off, drained all oil and left us stranded on a 100 degree desert roadside and maybe wrecked the engine for $6000 or so. Lucky we found a 2x2 oil pool on floor this morning. Called and asked to speak to service manager at 0915 this morning. Receptionist said I would get a call back. Six hours later and no call. This is about attention to detail. Oil change/tire rotation techs may not be the highest paid but they may have the most impactful job in Service. Loose lugs = loss of wheel at high speed. Loss of an oil plug or loose filter could wreck an engine. More

Bad experence I thought I had a deal made on a nice truck. I live in Lubbock and wanted to sure everything was done and agreed upon before making the trip to Granbu I thought I had a deal made on a nice truck. My complaint is that when I arrived and got a look at the truck it was very obvious that there was some type of damage to the driver side rear door. the color didn't quite match, light grey to dark grey. Furthermore the power step on the driver side would retract only to fold back down. nether one of these big issues so I thought. when I expressed concern an=bout these 2 issues I was meet with a stone wall, I don't care, take it or leave it attitude. I do understand this is a used vehicle but seriously, they didn't try to help or come to a resolution at all. I just think that considering the distance and the fact that I recently had surgery and made the trip for this particular truck, there could have been some compassion on their end.
