The Shottenkirk Toyota service department did an OK job. I wasn't overly impressed with them, though. I had scheduled an appointment, but the service wasn't started until about 45 minutes later. Since I have had my Tacoma for right at a year, I expected the service to include an oil change - even though I have a relatively low number of miles on the odometer. But, that hadn't been done. When I pointed this out, the service advisor said he hadn't noticed the age of the vehicle. So they took it back in and did the oil change. So, I felt the service was OK, but certainly not great.
