I'm wothout words every time i come here for service. And even with my Altima, I will choose to come to Toyota first before stepping foot anywhere else, And i live an hour away. It may be because i go frequently for service, maybe its the fact I have 2 unique vehicles. But when I call i get greeted with a friendly tone and they immediately ask whether i'm calling about my tC or the Altima. This last time, I called a little ahead of time, I was doing some work on the car and needed to have the allignment done before i could drive the car to work and back, so they told me come on down. When i arrived, they had gotten slammed with people showing up, with only an hour and a half left before they closed, 2 allignments ahead of mine. So Ms. Garland asks me to wait for one moment, comes back with a window tag in tow and tells me she will ask one of the free mechanics to bring the car over to the body shop to do the allignment that so i wouldn't have made the trip for nothing. They treat me like family every time i show up, And it brings me back every time. I did rate the quality of work 4* instead of 5* this time though, simply due to the fact i still have a drift to the right while driving, and the steering wasnt centered. But, it's drivable, so i'll make do for now. More
