I wound up purchasing a new Toyota CHR from Shottenkirk Toyota in Granbury. The car is great, working with the salesman, Chris Bayless was fine. My only complaint is I felt that the manager wasn’t very honest with me on the price I was told I would get the vehicle for. I have had this happen to me in the past with purchasing a new vehicle. They go round and round about how much you’re willing to pay monthly, then you wind up paying more for the car than you were expecting. Part of the reason I know I let this happen is because I waited and waited and waited for my turn with the finance guy. When it was my turn, his printer kept messing up, we had to do more back and forth over the warranty stuff, so I still don’t know what my interest rate is! I didn’t get out of there until after 9:15pm. I should have gone back the next day to finish the paperwork when I was clear headed and not exhausted. At the same time, I feel like I was to some extent taken advantage of. More

The sales manager and I agreed upon a sale price of 34794. The entire time I thought this was the price of the vehicle. The finance guy Joe Bayko misled me to believe the 2500. I kept having to sign paperwork over that he never shredded I never received any paperwork and still haven’t today. The price of the truck went from 34794 to 39780. I tried calling with him the 3 days but the snow closed them down. I have tried to call everyone and left messages but no one will return my call. I have bought many cars over the past 40 years and have never been treated so poorly. More
