I assume your customer service is poor because the leadership is poor. Both Weatherford and Granbury locations have drastically changed since the Shottenkirk take over. Received a call promising me I leadership is poor. Both Weatherford and Granbury locations have drastically changed since the Shottenkirk take over. Received a call promising me I would leave the business with the exact same car payment to xx just honest. Of course this wasn’t the case at all. Also, left with nothing set up, as far as the WiFi and assistance with the royalty app. Truth is neither Casey or his manager cares enough they just wanted the deal done so their numbers looked better. Still haven’t received my temporary tags and the key fab and wifibstill not working as it should. As promised. As a marketing technique to sell the car. Met. Sharon Parker at the weatherford location to assist with my needs. She was completely exacerbated about my concerns, rude beyond measure and slammed my car door. She eventually apologized when I told her I wanted another representative and she apologized explaining that she just bought 2019 and has the same frustrations telling me there is no answer. I’m not concerned about her frustrations but I am concerned about your treatment of customers and people. Obviously from the top down. Born and raised here in weatherford I will only recommend that people use another location to do business at. Of course I’ve read your negative reviews and also heard in the community of your poor reputation. I am aware that a corporation like shottenkirk could care less. Even a long time employee of that location stated that. I will continue to speak truth about how you do business, the extra costs arhat are added on at closing and the absolute fact that your staff is exactly what your leadership is. Disrespectful, untrustworthy and concerned only about their numbers. It’s ashame what has happened. More

Very poor communication, a lot of passing the buck between employees/departments (specifically finance) and hard to get a call returned after purchase even in regards to the simplest of questions.
