Staff was incredibly responsive to me the day i bought my Mustang. On my drive home I come to find out there is no oil cap, oil spraying everywhere in the engine bay. Spent 4 hours driving home on side stree Mustang. On my drive home I come to find out there is no oil cap, oil spraying everywhere in the engine bay. Spent 4 hours driving home on side streets from Granbury to Dallas so oil would not spill more. That was after having to make a makeshift oil cap out of a mini tide detergent bottle. Called the next day 5 times, left 3 messages. Never got a call back from the managers, one of them being the highly responsive sales person from the day before. Apparently they were done with me once they got my money. Who knows what damage was done to my new car and hard earned money during this process. The worst experience I have ever had with a company. I came in just to take a look at what I had seen online. Tyler met me at the door and very quickly zeroed in on what I wanted. He showed me a few cars and let me test drive one.
