Had been looking for a newer Ford F-250 4x4 for several months. So my wife started looking with me and found one at Shottenkirk Toyota in Granbury. I used the service department . The mechanic tried what he suspected was causing my car to kind of roadwalk. He suspected it was too high tire pressures. He said the 4 tires had too much pressure. I didn't hear back to reschedule next appointment, when I called the parts were in and I set an appointment. I arrived on time at 1:30 and at 4:30, service member came to me in the customer lounge to report that they had ordered the wrong parts - 3 hours later! That was over a week ago and I haven't received a call yet. I also discovered yesterday that the horn doesn't work in the vehicle, almost had a run-in with a car backing up, lucky no one was behind me. Isn't a horn a safety feature the dealer should have checked on before selling? More
