Very nice dealership, with alot of very clean and low mile CPO's. I recently purchased a CPO from Shottenkirk Toyota, Jeff Logan was my sales rep from the initial phone call I made to the dealership. Jeff communicated straight forward information from start to finish, Jeff was very knowledgeable to automobiles of mutiple makes & models. Jeff, thank you for patience in getting me the deal I asked for. Shout to the finance dept., and the Pre-Owned Car sales Manager for the outstanding job in getting me exactly what I came there to do. I don't believe that to be the case since the maintenance reminder light came on just a few days after the purchase. I got under the vehicle and it was obvious that the oil had not been changed since you can plainly see the filter is covered with dirt and oi that has been on it for quite some time and the oil is very dark. I called and spoke to Garland Robinson in the service department to see if she could provide any details about the last service, she told me to call the Weatherford dealer. It was also brought to her attention that the tailgate will not open. I would think that it should have been mentioned that it does not open. She told me to contact Ford. This is probably not one of happiest endings to take place at Shottenkirk Toyota in Granbury. More

While working on deal with sales during test drive truck needed tires and alignment check. Told salesman that if would get those items took care of would buy the truck. We came to agreement on price and sta needed tires and alignment check. Told salesman that if would get those items took care of would buy the truck. We came to agreement on price and started the financing part next day. No communication for the whole day on where we were at. Went back to dealership on third day after was told had deal done. Salesman came out when we got there and said have to raise deal 3000.00 to put tires on it. Got very pised about this and said no the deal was with tires on and he agreed it was suppose to be but sales Manger said no. Finally spoke with sales manager and came to an agreement that I was still not 100 percent happy with. Then he said had a newer truck that might work. So looked at it and even though it was not exactly what I want, it would do the job I needed it to do settled on it. More
Made a service appointment for oil change, tire rotation and balance. I arrived at the dealership on time for appointment. There were two cars in both oil change bays and three waiting. I spoke to the tech and reminded him of my appointment, he said it would be a hour to two hour wait. I reminded him I made an appointment. He response was "we are working on it". So it really doesn't do any good to make an appointment. So thus was a wasted trip. I tried calling the service manager, after seven calls, I finally got to leave a message to return my call. Surprise, no phone call was returned. More
