I Bought a $45,000 truck with 25,000 miles on it from Schottenkirk. I Immediately noticed the difference in personnel with their new Atlanta team. I tried to call several times to get my house keys back but never could get through or get a callback because they already had my money. Three weeks after the purchase my power steering went out. I took it to the dealer to see what could be done. Power steering isn’t covered by the ironically named “Schottenkirk Care” package I purchased with my truck. I was told that the only option I had was to get the power steering replaced for $3,000 and 15 hours of labor. After speaking to the manager and being told yet again there is nothing they can do I took it to Christian brothers and had them quote me $1,600 for a 6 hour labor job. I will purchase my next Toyota (because I am incredibly loyal to Toyota customer) from any other dealership available. My wife posted this to our local community’s Facebook page and received a dozen responses with similar stories within 5 minutes. I am an incredibly loyal customer when treated right. This wasn’t my first experience at Schottenkirk, but it will be my last. More

Shotenkirk Toyota is horrible ordered a truck from them in September 1920 and they told me that it would be here in January. They didn’t even order it till January 19 finally come in May 18 didn’t have spr in September 1920 and they told me that it would be here in January. Not only that they jacked the price 4500.00 including a Shotenkirk appearance package for 1995.00 that I didn’t want. They told me that they wouldn’t sell me the truck without the appearance package. They told me that I could go home and think about it and call them the next day. I called them the next day and they told me that they had already sold the truck. Bottom line is if you want to pay too much for a vehicle or you want to get screwed on a purchase go ahead and buy there. If you don’t want to get screwed go somewhere else. Have papers to prove what I’m saying Nobody there seams to be able to deal with honer or morals. Buyer beware. More
