I have contacted Toyota many times. I have a BRAND new Toyota 4 runner and my brakes squeak. It’s embarrassing and I’m highly disappointed. Biggest xxx Dealership ANYWHERE. Family drove 4 plus hours after three phone calls regarding a used vehicle. Made an appointment with Ryan and he could not find the unit on the lot. An hour later determined the battery was dead and the unit had no fuel for a test drive. The unit was filthy and had not been washed to be shown. We were completely agreeable on the price until a 5350 mark up was added to the internet price. That was an 11% increase for their prep fee and extended plan. No one buys an extended plan specific to a dealer thats 4 plus hours drive away. None of these mark ups were disclosed when discussed on the multiple phone conversations. Ryan Little was completely indifferent and could care less whether the vehicle sold. Garrett Childress brought absolutely NO value to the transaction also, you have lived up to all of your horrible reviews here. I made four calls to the dealership requesting to speak to the owner or the sales manager Ms Bone. Was sent to VM first, was hung up on twice and then passed to Aryan Rodriguez. Aryan claimed to be the sales manager. Never met a more rude/angry person in sales. He quickly schooled me and told me all of the fee increases are listed on their website. I shared we found the vehicle on Autotrader, Aryan told me I should have done more due diligence. When I explained we had no need for their dealer warranty I was told it wasn't optional. When I shared they had not done the prep on the vehicle it was same reply-not optional. Owners pricing standard. Went to the local FORD dealer and was treated with courtesy and respect. And no huge mark up on their vehicles- another lie by Aryan. Have never experienced treatment so poor when agreeing to pay posted price. It is no wonder this dealer has 1200 vehicles when most other dealer lots are bare. Entire day wasted trying to pay full price for a car. Mr Shottenkirk you should be ashamed of your unethical business tactics and your sales staff. We are reporting your Deceptive Trade Practices to Gulf States Toyota. More

The price was fair for the vehicle the salesman and his manager were OK but they should have found that late there were holes left on the vehicle they said they could not repair for the price of holes were there due to the light being removed now we get down to the finance guy Joe was a nice guy he just got a little bit carried away with talking about Scotch-Brite and the treatment is put on the vehicles to protect it. it’s a 3M product he was talking about I’m pretty sure it was scotch bright or something similar. I’m a NACE Coating and corrosion engineer So I found it just a little bit amusing Overall great experience I would just like to have the Over windshield light that was in the photo when we first looked at it on the vehicle More
