Having to wait nearly two hours for an oil change, when an appointment is scheduled is ridiculous. Dumb enough to buy the car after the pathetic service. Drove from Austin Texas (school) to permanent home in Dallas. then drove 70+ miles to dealership. Person i was talking to on phone (Juan- not there when we arrived) told me 3 used trucks would be waiting for me to drive. Only 1 of 3 were there. Other 2 were at Recon shop in where ever. Bought a truck from them- stupid. They had this truck which was listed on their website and was told it would be there for me to see/drive. it was at "recon" at another 1 of their dealerships that was some 1 hour drive away. Play this stupid game of having salesperson try to get you to sign something and then goes and hides w/ finance and then finance guy comes out and then all get lost for another 30 minutes. Arrived at 515 PM and did not leave until 1030 PM. Dumb- drove the car for some 10 minutes at 930- 945 PM. Really dumb will be determined with the test of time on the truck. Not once did anybody offer a drink or something to eat despite being there since 515. They were concerned when we wanted to got to get something to eat that we would be leaving. Post our experience, they send some text asking us to rate them. Rated them poorly but do you think they give a flip? Call you back to ask you what they could have done. Heck no they did not call. a more Sr. salesperson (David- he drove to get the car) tells us that newer salesperson (Corey) should not have promised to drive the car to living school town in Austin. newer salesperson Corey who covered for Juan (did not have 2 of 3 cars there as he said would be there) did as best as likely allowed to do. At least finance guy was smart enough to tell us that if salesperson said they would drive it that they would drive it. i could keep on going. None of below sales people are who we work with. Sr Salesperson David said all things would be fixed- car was smoking when we test drove and sure enough car was driven to Austin by salesperson Corey. Guess what sure enough it still smokes. Do not buy from this dealership. They listed pricing on a used car, then raised it by $3,000.00 when we were on site to buy.
