Your salesman Oscar Black was excellent but he couldn't answer alot of my questions. It appears the guys in the back make all the decisions. So that's who I should of been talking to. Not some kind of run around game where you put a nice man in between. Let your salesmen do the selling not some guys in the back room that dont want to talk to the customers so they can over charge. Talk about goudging people. You have ridiculous fees for nothing and you all should be ashamed of yourself. You should be giving fair deals to people to help them instead of making their payment so high for no reason but greed that their vehicle will probably get repossessed. I've bought 3 vehicles at your places and there wont be another. I will never recommend someone to buy a car there, in fact I will probably highly recommend them not to. It was my worst time ever buying a car and I've bought quite a few. 3 or 4 hours is bad enough to buy a car but over 7 hours is terrible. If it wasnt for Mr. Black I would of left in 1 hour. You guys make me truly glad I'm not in the car selling business. I wouldn't be able to live with myself. More

They got me the loan close to what I needed. I do appreciate that but the after experience is bad. When I got home noticed the radiator fluid was empty. Had to add nearly a gallon. Only reason issue I have is they tacked on a nearly 3k for reconditioning fee. Besides the three gallons of armor all where did the rest go into. I asked for the report 2 times and was denied a copy. Another thing was there was rusty chips on the hood and I asked since I am putting 10k down if they can take care of it. Sales person said yes. He stated his " guy" only there on Thursdays if it's not raining. I asked him to texted or call me Thursday to let me know around 11:30. Reason is I work Monday through Saturday up to 12 hrs a day. So my time is limited. Anyway. He never gets in touch of me till 1:30 saying he never showed up. He should be here Friday. I asked him to reach me again at the time I asked like before. Sure enough he doesn't let me know until 1ish again. They he tells me I need to come in as well for the car inspection. At this point it was way too late to do either. Monday comes and I at least gone down there for the inspection. That went fine over all but they tried to change me. Lucky the clerk said it was their mistake for not adding it in and not doing it the day of purchase. Since I was there. I told my concerns about the report to the salesman that sold me the call. That was when I got denied for it. I expressed my concerns with my finding. Nothing came from it. Anyways he told me as I left he would let me know around 10:30 Thursday if the guy was going to be there. Nothing. I sent a message saying " I assume he was there, yes?" He replied, yes he is. I came in and they told me it will take 30 mins and they will get me when it's done. 30 passes, nothing, hour passes, nothing. Hour and half passes, I get up and I see it in the parking lot. Walked up to it, was locked, salesman on lunch still. No one knew where my keys were. Long story short. 30 mins took nearly 2 hours which made me late for work taking points. Very unprofessional. They got the sale so they don't give two rats butts about you. I'm sorry who has to be tagged in this. Sales representative not listed. Won't let me post until I pick one.... More
