This is not a great time to be looking for a car with the lack of inventory, but Kelly and the team at Shottenkirk made it happen for us. The pricing was fair given the current shortage. Service writers and cashier are all excellent. The one negative is finding a screw attaching the new engine splash shield loose, there was a gap of ~1/8" visible from standing out side of the vehicle. Your sales manager is deceptive and shady. Salesman was pretty good, but had no bearing or effect on the sale of my truck. Worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Was told once I got there the vehicle I came in to see just sold 30 minutes ago I called 1 hr before arriving to ensure vehicle was still there should ha told once I got there the vehicle I came in to see just sold 30 minutes ago I called 1 hr before arriving to ensure vehicle was still there should have walked away at that point for them being untruthful. Told after I purchased it had to run through the shop after sitting around for 30 minutes I asked how long was told it would not be ready today. I live 2 1/2 hrs from dealer. Told they would deliver it to me on Monday nope then finally told on Wednesday after repeated calls I made with no responses and lies that is was ready. Well I drive the 2 1/2 hrs back there to get it. Because they didn’t bring it to me as promised and well it wasn’t ready and then told we can ship you the parts for the bumper when we get them. I would never go back nor would I recommend this dealership to anyone. Dishonest doesn’t even describe them. More
