Had 2 issues with the preowned truck I purchased, said they would fix them both. Came to pick up the truck and only one was fixed. Said they couldn’t find anything wrong with the other. The actual repair for the recall did not take very long, approximately one hour. When I got in the car there were several grease spots on my seats. I thought a service technician would take better care when approximately one hour. When I got in the car there were several grease spots on my seats. I thought a service technician would take better care when sitting in someone else’s car. Also, I have been trying to have my address changed in your records for the last 3 1/2 years. I have requested this every time I come in for service, and no one seems to be able to get it changed in your computer system. I’m not sure if it’s incompetence or laziness, very frustrating!! More
