They sold me a vehicle that was not functional. After investigation, I found they knew of the problems on this vehicle prior to the sale and did not repair them. I returned the vehicle within an hour aft investigation, I found they knew of the problems on this vehicle prior to the sale and did not repair them. I returned the vehicle within an hour after the purchase and asked to void the transaction and receive my trade back. They said I could buy my trade back by trading the vehicle I had just purchased plus 13,000. I only got 11,000 for my trade. I told them the vehicle was not functional and they said if I left it at the shop, they would look at it. A few hours later, they called and said my vehicle was ready and nothing was wrong with it. When I returned, the vehicle had been detailed, which makes me wonder if they even looked at it. I had personal belongings in the vehicle prior to them detailing it, which were removed from the vehicle. They said they did not have the belongings and refused to replace them. The following day, a check engine light came on in the vehicle for no boost. I once again returned the vehicle to the service department. They had the vehicle for 10 days and replaced both turbo. When I got the vehicle back, it still wasn't running properly. It had no power and was overheating. I took it to another shop in town, and they said the water pump was bad and the turbo inlet duct was cracked. In addition, there is a problem with the rear locker that causes it to spuriously lock while driving down the road which needs repaired. Shottenkirk told me to bring it back and they would repair it, but this will be the third time they have had the vehicle for repair, not including the "inspection" they performed prior to the sale. If they cannot properly diagnose and repair the vehicle the first 2 times, what makes me think the third time will be different? I traded in a perfectly good truck on this vehicle. Right now, I have owned this $26,000 vehicle for 21 days, and have only been able to drive it to the repair shop and back to my house with the exception of one 50 mile round trip prior to the check engine light coming on. While some of the staff are friendly and went out of their way to help me, I have no faith in the organization as a whole to operate with integrity and to actually sell quality vehicles or to repair vehicles they sell after the sales is complete, even with the Shottenkirk care package that they require you to buy. On a side note, none of the people I have interacted with at the dealership are listed on this page, but it requires me to mark an individual, so I just picked one. Sorry Chris. More

Kingston was our salesman this time and he helped us get into the car we wanted which was great! Had no issues but since we were there until 10:30PM they would put us in a loaner until tomorrow because the Tahoe had to be serviced and detailed. Come Saturday i called about 10:30am asking for an update, no call back. 12:30 call the sales manager for an update said xxxx have someone call me, no call back. 5:30 i call again, said they need brake pads they wont be in until Monday. Okay finally i get the update I’ve been trying for! Monday comes, i call after work about 3:30 said it should be ready. I get home head out, about 4:30 service dept says they’re done with it and its in detailing. I get there about 5 expecting maybe 30 minutes to wait. After multiple check ins they finally bring my car around at 8:00 to find out they didn’t detail it at all. Multiple missed spots for a 3 HOUR DETAIL. Kingston said he would set us up for a free one in the near future and make sure it was done right. I get my 3 year old and my 8 month old loaded and everything moved over, get in, two low tires.. i mention it, they open up the service center, air up the tires and send me on my way. After pointing out how air pressure got missed in service and the tires look pretty rough( which we missed because we bought the car in the dark Friday night and Kingston said “oh they are like new tires” when we asked.), i end up with a flat tire driving down the highway heading home. Being so late i find the hole, which is an obvious nail hole thats been there for a while, plug it and air it up to get back home. I called Zeb, a sales manager today, he said bring it by before 5 so he and service could look at it. I took off work early get there, find out the tires are 8 years old, dry rotted around the tread and sidewall inside and out. He gave a great effort trying to correct the issue but the general manager would only budge with a “we will pay mount and balance(65$) and you pay for the tires at cost. 500-1000$ “ or we will just dissolve the deal and put me back in my original trade-in. We are happy with the vehicle and i decided to walk away from the “deal” they offered me. HORRIBLE communication between departments and with the customers themselves. A giant joke of a well run dealership, Zeb really tried to help us out but at the end of the day, everything added up, i will NEVER be back for anything. Definitely no service and definitely not a car, after this nightmare type of 4-5 days! So sad this is what i have to type, but horrible experience. More

Oscar was an outstanding salesman, but the dealership adding about $1900 as "reconditioning" plus a mandatory policy covering glass and paint etc that raised the price significantly above what was advert adding about $1900 as "reconditioning" plus a mandatory policy covering glass and paint etc that raised the price significantly above what was advertised. We were able to negotiate it down some, but were told that this is "policy" for most dealerships now. The truck is just what we had been looking for, and they replaced a switch on the passenger's automatic seat and a chip in the windshield that was missed by them on the initial inspection. Other than the unexpected added cost I would have rated them 5 stars More
