I was pulled over due to no dealer tag being given to me first time buying a car in Texas didn’t know the process. I also didn’t inspect the car enough it was not cleaned inside and has a bad ant problem. first time buying a car in Texas didn’t know the process. The visor mirror is broken and the gas pump is broken doesn’t stay closed; the pump is a replacement so no string to hold it in place. When I text my sales rep about the issues I got no apology and no response great way not to have a repeat customer in the future. I would not recommend this dealer unless your CAREFULLY inspect the car I paid too much for this car considering the extra issues. It’s an older car but that doesn’t mean after a sale you don’t even follow up, the car was also almost on E when I bought it. Most dealers put a full tank of gas in it. More
This is a Bait and switch company. The Listing price has more to it. There “Customer care” package must be purchased. I found the vehicle I wanted, and the sales manager wrote the monthly payment We ag more to it. There “Customer care” package must be purchased. I found the vehicle I wanted, and the sales manager wrote the monthly payment We agreed on down on a piece of paper and Had me sign. Then when I got to finance, and it was time to sign papers. The monthly payment was different then agreed upon. Almost felt like they were trying to slip more money into the deal. This happened twice while in finance. After I pointed it out to the finance guy the fort time, he then became very disrespectful, rude, and had an attitude no boss would approve of. It was almost as if he was trying to make me feel like the guilty one saying, “I guess I will have to eat it”. At that point, I wanted to leave but unfortunately didn’t. I felt the need to read the paperwork word for word, because he obviously didn’t want to. When asking what I was signing, the answers from him were short, and unhelpful. The only reason I might refer this company to anyone is because of the inventory, and that’s only if they feel they can look past the horrible customer service. More
