I took a used truck for a test drive and liked it ,but it had a few issues that needed depth with. Signed for it and was promised one thing and git another! ie steam clean engine compartment = "we wipped w had a few issues that needed depth with. The sales staff was wonderful. We aren’t a fan of hidden fees, so it was quite surprising when we saw they add in required “Shottenkirk” fees for fixing dents, tires, windows. I will never purchase from here nor send anyone to buy a vehicle from this place! After having my vehicle for a month I was contacted about it needing a state inspection so they can get the plates. I have purchased used vehicles in the past and have never had to do this. It was sold to me with the wrong sized wiper blades, it ran out of windshield wiper fluid in less than a month, the headliner was filthy and it really wasn’t detailed very well. Pretty sure there’s more. I drove over 3 hours on a Saturday for this vehicle so I wasn’t able to take it to a mechanic to have things looked over…lesson learned. The finance person smelled like an ashtray and told me that if I didn’t do their extended warranty then I was basically S.O.L, well silly me being trustworthy and ignoring my gut feeling I was able to do that at my credit union for $1000 less! I was also told that they would put gas in it well guess what that didn’t happen either. When I asked about it I was told used vehicles only get 1/4 worth but they fill up new cars. I paid over $40K for this vehicle. Don’t get me wrong, I love my car but this dealership is less than stellar! Oh also, beware of the $1995.00 Shottenkirk Care they add on, so you may think you are getting a deal but guess again! We’ll see if you post this review or not but don’t worry I have other platforms to post on. More

I was not informed as to how long I would have to wait for my Prius to be finished with the 120000mile check. I did not check my watch when I arrived, but I think it was about 2 hours total. Arrived 30 min early for 11:30 scheduled appt for oil & filter change. Car did not go in for the service until 1 hr & 15 min after the scheduled appt (12:45). Did NOT hear from appointment service person filter change. Car did not go in for the service until 1 hr & 15 min after the scheduled appt (12:45). Did NOT hear from appointment service person until the car left the maintenance 1 hour later. It then took 45 minutes to get the car wash and check out @ 2:30. I've never had to be there that long for just an oil change so not pleased with this. Was told by another not to schedule an appointment for future oil changes as they are handled on a "first come-first serve" basis. I did receive a 15% discount for the visit which I did appreciate. More
