I'm waiting to hear back about some repairs to the car that should have been caught before purchase, especially since there's an arbitrary charge of over $3k for vehicle prep. I bought my car into your shop to have my car worked on and I picked my car up and I couldn’t get out of the car because the door handle would not let me exit.
