I had a 2:30 appointment and it took an 1 hour and 45 minutes to service my vehicle. I feel this is approximately 1 hour too long. I dropped off my vehicle for service after purchasing it two months prior. They came back and said that it needed spark plugs and new motor mounts. When I asked if they were covered under our warranty she s two months prior. They came back and said that it needed spark plugs and new motor mounts. When I asked if they were covered under our warranty she said that it was. When I asked her if she was sure she stated that she would have to go ask her boss. I waited and waited and finally walked around the corner to see her on the phone with the Weatherford Shottenkirk Toyota (where we actually purchased the vehicle) to find out which warranty we had. I had the paperwork in my purse, all she had to do was ask me. Then, when I asked her why the car needed spark plugs and new motor mounts after just passing the "100 point Inspection", she passed me off to my sales person. Not very knowledgeable or efficient.
