Everything good, except sales manager used to much pressure on my last purchase and as a result, I will probably not be purchasing my next vehicle from this dealership. I had to wait 10 o 15 minutes afer paying before vehicle was readyto go. This is a new experience tht I do not like. Also received a list of 5 expensiv fulshings tht I suspect ae coming from the SALES depa was readyto go. This is a new experience tht I do not like. They were not honest about the used car I bought. It had been wrecked even though it did not show on car fax. The next thing was within a week I had to replace all the tires on it 2 had previous repairs an been wrecked even though it did not show on car fax. The next thing was within a week I had to replace all the tires on it 2 had previous repairs and could not be repaired again. I was loosing air in one tire and had it check out in the end had to replace all 4 tires. Additionally, I was not told that this car did not have a spare tire either had to find out on my own. I call the sales man to inquire about it and never got a call back. This is additional cost of having to buy a spare with the jack etc. At minimum they should have pointed out the wreck and the spare tire did not come with this car and they should have put new tires on knowing they were in the shape they were in. Their are a host of other issues when buying the car as well but the above issues are why I will never recommend them to anyone. More
I would not recommend it to anyone! The service was non existent after numerous trying on my part to get them to fix it ! The best fix they had for a front end alignment was to over inflate one side and un existent after numerous trying on my part to get them to fix it ! They told me they "made minor adjustments but it should drive straight " The check engine light would come on they would clear it, and before I could get home it was back on ! I had to go to auto zone to get a print out to show them what was wrong twice ! After having the truck 14 day ( 10 days the truck was in the shop) They finally gave up and put me in another vehicle the radio glitches ,changes channels, keeps asking if I want to reset the time on it ( every 30 seconds) I know they won't fix it so why bother? I've had it 11 days and hate it ! I don't want to trade it because they have already hit my credit score so many times they dropped my score ! More
