Very very upset over service. Took 7:30 hours for a module that they said was a "easy fix" and no charge. Got in my car to leave and check engine light was on!! Took my old Tundra in for a new steering rack and after a short period of time with the new rack I quickly realized that the steering was not quite right. I took it back and explained to Matt the issues as I short period of time with the new rack I quickly realized that the steering was not quite right. I took it back and explained to Matt the issues as I saw them. He kept the truck and had his techs check it out. They reported that the rack they installed was faulty. They ordered a new one, installed it, and aligned the front end at absolutely no additional cost to me. The steering in now working properly. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. I will use this dealership in the future. More
