At first visit, after test drive, we asked what other fees, etc, there would be over sticker price. We were told by Nick Castro (Finance Manager) only taxes, title, and document fees. However, when we came back to purchase, there was a "market adjustment" and a "Customer care" package which we could not decline. Added a substantial amount to the price. Not acceptable when we asked about any additional fees added to sticker price beforehand. Also, David Bone was nice, but knew nothing about the vehicle, not its features or anything. The reply we received to the majority of our questions was "I don't know." More

I made an appointment and when I arrived the service advisor explained it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours before my 20,000 mile service rould be started.
