After initially having a good experience buying I’ve now had to take my car into our local dealership less than two weeks after purchase. The 100+ point inspection that costs $2100 on top of listed price fa had to take my car into our local dealership less than two weeks after purchase. The 100+ point inspection that costs $2100 on top of listed price failed to capture a factory recall, necessary brake repair, and missing SD card for the navigation. I’m glad I bought the warranty and negotiated down that “inspection” upcharge, although unfortunately the warranty “cannot be found” and apparently may take 30 days to register. So two weeks after buying from Shottenkirk I’ve spent almost $900 on a vehicle with 25,000 miles and found another needed repair. More

Worst customer service ever, never answer the phones, can never reach anyone without calling multiple times. Sold me a car that was broken. Never fixed it over 3 weeks later so forced to buy another car and never reach anyone without calling multiple times. Sold me a car that was broken.
