Garland was very efficient and a very good communicator. She told me my wait time would be between an hour and a half and two hours. I was very happy when she brought me my work order and the work was fin She told me my wait time would be between an hour and a half and two hours. I was very happy when she brought me my work order and the work was finished in one hour and 15 minutes. I also discovered I left my discount flyer on the front seat of my car and missed my 10% discount (my bill for the day was $659.54). I called Cari the following day to see if I could still apply the discount and she worked out a special deal which will allow me a free oil change in the future. I am well satisfied. More

Hannah Wittbold was helpful and a easy salesman to work with as well as the finance officer Luis Hernandez. I was told “You bought the extended warranty so just wait thirty days for the warranty to go into effect and file a claim with them so we’re not out of pocket” - Derrick Jones Turns out the door sensors not allowing the vehicle to lock is not covered under the extended warranty.
