My fiancee and I purchased a used vehicle last weekend from here. The sales guy was only interested in the sale. During the test drive priortothesale, he acknowledged he knew the tire pressure light wa from here. The sales guy was only interested in the sale. During the test drive priortothesale, he acknowledged he knew the tire pressure light was on prior to my fiancee and I looking at the vehicle. He stated the tire pressure light would go off once we aired up the tires and drove it a little bit; however, the light never went off. Also, the tire pressure gauge wouldn't register for any of the tires. One of the lighter sockets inside the vehicle didn't work due to a blown fuse and 3 of the 4 tires were missing the air cap for the tires. We called the dealership and spoke to our salesman after only having the vehicle 2 days & our salesman said he would get back with us and never did. We then called and spoke to the sales manager who was rude and refused to do anything about these issues, even though these issues were there before we looked at the vehicle and not addressed during the dealership's 180pt inspection. The dealership said they would only fix safety issues upon the prior inspection but didn't see tire pressure as a safety issue. Since the dealership refused to fix these known issues, we had to go elsewhere to get them fixed, which cost us over $300 out of pocket for a vehicle we had less then 2 days even though it supposedly had a 180pt inspection prior to purchase. It's very concerning that we only had this vehicle for 2 days before having issues. Nobody, including the sales manager, wanted to do anything about it. More

I would have chose no star but that is not an option! This was the worst car buying experience ever! I am still waiting for them to hold up some things from our deal and I just got a letter that my trade was not paid in full, is in late standing and accruing interest by the day! I now have ten days to pay off what the dealer was supposed to pay! They also agreed to pay half of our first month payment but of course I can not get a response from anyone. I will NEVER purchase here again! I do know the salesman no longer works there but how about the manager take appropriate actions to resolve his errors? More
This most recent visit, everything had to be reset on my highlander including the clock and it was not washed at all. The visit took care of the recall and 25k service hopefully but that was it. Unethical and dishonest. Don’t do business with these guys. Working with the finance manager, we agreed on a price and a deposit to hold a car until I got there. Why take a deposit when it means absolutely nothing to this dishonest and unethical dealer. Don’t waste you money here, there are plenty of better places to buy a Toyota. More
