I went to go buy a used car with 13000 miles for roughly $13000 with mostly cash (internet price). They were trying to add a $4500 reconditioning fee to that bringing the sale price up to $17500. took over 2 hours to get a lube n oil n rotate. one car ahead of me at the express lube. I watched as 3 guys stood around talking having a snack and doing a Vape!
