Sales crew and financing was accommodating for my needs for payments. I was a bit disappointed that there was no working with me on body work with a couple dents on the fender at the end. Also disappointing that there was a 1/4 tank of gas, oil has not been changed recently at 50% remaining. The AC outlet in the dash does not work currently, and the washer fluid was not working with the cold weather driving back home. More

Salesman had no knowledge of Toyotas. A goofball. Luckily a lady came over and started helping him or we would have left. We traded a Jaguar for a 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium, that was in transit. Luckily a lady came over and started helping him or we would have left. We traded a Jaguar for a 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium, that was in transit. He gives me a 2017 Rav 4 with 60,000+miles and chocolate all in the console, not detailed or washed for a loaner. Two of the tires kept going flat and I finally demanded another loaner as we had several more weeks before my car arrived. The extra upcharge or Shottenkirk maintenance is a ripoff. I wish we had drove on to Fort Worth to a different dealer. Not recommend. More
