The sale person Ryan Peterson was very professional and helpful. I enjoyed working with him. However, the manager I would not care to deal with him again. I can’t stand for someone to say yes and not do wh helpful. I enjoyed working with him. However, the manager I would not care to deal with him again. I can’t stand for someone to say yes and not do what you’re asking of them. You tell someone “I don’t want the Customer Care plan” once and he does not remove it he may not have heard you. You tell that same person 4 times and it’s not done he is just ignoring you. Then he tells you it must be on the vehicle…it’s a service plan…NO. The manager kept telling me he was giving an additional discount to cover the cost of the plan. I should have gotten up like I stated and left. He came back and said I could have the $25K for the trade-in or remove the Customer Care Plan. I took him at his word to remove the Customer Care and I did not review the paper for the changes. He did not do either one. Bottom line he did neither and I did not say anything when I signed the papers. I don’t remember the manager’s name so I am not using it, but would not care to purchase anything from him again. Thank you for give me this opportunity to voice my store. More
