Cost for oil change $85? Crazy. Also bought tires from dealer. When I told them discount tires gave free tire rotation, Chandler told me they did too. It was very clear I am the one who makes decisions and "wears the pants". I would list his name but he never introduced himself to me. Second- they tried to tack on $8k in additional fees on a used car deal. Heads up to other buyers. I drove an hour with 2 kids to make this deal and I would never deal with a Shottenkirk representative again.
