I had a problem associated with my last service visit. Once I articulated my concern to management, they were extremely concerned and literally "jumped into action" to insure my issue was addressed rapi Once I articulated my concern to management, they were extremely concerned and literally "jumped into action" to insure my issue was addressed rapidly and professionally. They resolved my issue with exceptional speed. I was contacted by Service Manager, Matthew Marquart, once he learned of my issue and he made sure that my problem was resolved, and corrected. I also would like to compliment "Paul" in the Service Department, who worked on my vehicle and who impressed me as someone who is at the "top of his game."
