I recently had the pleasure of working with Eli Rodriguez at Sottenkirk Toyota Granbury, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I arrived, Eli made sure I felt welcomed Rodriguez at Sottenkirk Toyota Granbury, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I arrived, Eli made sure I felt welcomed and well-informed about the process. Eli was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all the details of the recommended services and ensuring I understood my options. There was no pressure, just clear, honest advice that helped me make the best decision for my vehicle. What impressed me most was Eli’s communication throughout the entire service. To Whom it may concern, I experienced multiple issues associated with getting my truck repaired. The first issue was in relation to my interaction with Eli. Specifically, I called to get an update on my associated with getting my truck repaired. The first issue was in relation to my interaction with Eli. Specifically, I called to get an update on my vehicle and what potential repairs were needed; however, he placed me on hold for over an hour and never got back on the phone with me (screenshot of phone log available, if needed), resulting in me driving up to the dealership, while still on hold, to question why I was left waiting for such an extended period of time with no response. The only answer given to me was that he was working by himself that day and "really busy," with no immediate apology for his actions or lack of regard for my own time. Furthermore, once I was finally sent the recommended repairs via text message following three days of being in the shop, I called an additional time to ask clarification questions regarding what repairs were being recommended by the mechanic. After being told by the person that answered the phone that they would need to speak with the mechanic and call me back, I once again spoke with that same person later that day and was informed that they already repaired my vehicle prior to me giving consent for the repair, meaning that I was required to pay the amount provided to me (i.e., approximately $250). Overall, my experience with the service team failed to remotely meet my expectations and left me feeling highly frustrated. I have purchased multiple vehicles through this dealership and this experience has resulted in it being highly unlikely I will continue to do so in the future. More

For starters, the service department was fantastic and got the car in and out quickly with minimal lost time. So very happy with that. My wife and our boy got there, checked in, and were out pretty fast got the car in and out quickly with minimal lost time. So very happy with that.
