Unfortunatetly I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. After a 1 1/2 hour wait my vehicle was finally done left and less than 2 blocks from the dealership my drivers side rear tire fell and tire rotation. After a 1 1/2 hour wait my vehicle was finally done left and less than 2 blocks from the dealership my drivers side rear tire fell off and the dealership was calling me to tell me my vehicle was leaking oil. so it turned out that the lug nuts on that tire were never tightened and the oil filter wasn't either. However the dealership took all the responsibility to make all the mechanical and body repairs necessary. More
