You can imagine my surprise to show up for my appointment, which I was told would be covered under warranty the month before when they diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts- only to be told t appointment, which I was told would be covered under warranty the month before when they diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts- only to be told that the parts were, in fact, NOT covered by a warranty. Then, after I questioned why it was covered during our first conversations and now it wasn’t.. I was met with a sharp attitude and a “people make mistakes”. There was absolutely zero effort to take accountability, apologize or any effort of customer service. I very much so felt like the “stupid female” and HOW DARE I question the MAN. More

I requested a 100000 mile check and I don’t believe the performed it, there was no indication on the report that they did the listed checks and I ended up taking it in for new brakes 2 weeks later.
