Pleased with their service dept. Wish they would offer incentives like free tire rotation with purchase of tires and maybe half price rotation with and oil change. You really want me to tell everyone that you took 2 months to complete repairs on my car? That I called and left messages a couple times a week and NEVER got a call back? That I was told my insurance company wasn't responding yet when I called them they had NO calls from you beyond the initial contact? That I was so appalled at the treatment I received that 2 days after we got the car back we bought a new car from your competitor across the street and have no intention of ever dealing with you again? You can imagine my surprise to show up for my appointment, which I was told would be covered under warranty the month before when they diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts- only to be told t appointment, which I was told would be covered under warranty the month before when they diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts- only to be told that the parts were, in fact, NOT covered by a warranty. Then, after I questioned why it was covered during our first conversations and now it wasn’t.. I was met with a sharp attitude and a “people make mistakes”. There was absolutely zero effort to take accountability, apologize or any effort of customer service. I very much so felt like the “stupid female” and HOW DARE I question the MAN. More
